The Resilient Supply Chain — Highlights from Our Survey

Since the onset of the pandemic, the business climate has been so volatile and uncertain that supply chain and procurement professionals have had to learn to operate at a seemingly permanent Code Yellow. With such significant yet varied impacts on global businesses, we wanted a better understanding of the challenges supply chain and procurement professionals were facing, how they were handling those challenges, and what they thought was in store for the coming months.

To create this picture, we reached out to more than a thousand procurement and supply chain leaders across a range of industries in the U.K. and U.S. Their responses helped us understand how these leaders are preparing to guide their organizations toward greater efficiency while contending with mounting complexity and likely disruption.
